Fairfield Inn St. George

Don’t think I’ve ever given a review for Marriott before but need to give credit where credit is due. Showed up here to Fairfield in after an insanely long day of work. Super tired. And super ready for bed. Walked in to an employee that honestly deserves a raise. No clue what he’s making but he needs more. If every employee was even half of what mark was Marriott would have 10x the customers than they already do. Very simply said he was easy and fun to talk to. Not annoying at all. Insanely personable, and NONE of it seemed forced. It’s 11pm. I’m sure he’s tired too. But he’s doing his job I would say almost perfectly. Anyways, just want him to feel and be recognized for being awesome. Again, credit needs to be given where it’s due.

The check inn person was fabulous. The room was good with better than average tv channels for Marriot. The pool and hot tub were beautiful though noisy due to road noise. The breakfast was standard fair for Marriot hotel.

Most politest front desk clerk I even seen. Mark is the best. He was very helpful and professional at the time of check in. I really like my room very clean and love internet TV. Breakfast was phenomenal and lady was super nice. General manager of the place trained his employees really well. Very professional from check in clerk to night auditor to breakfast server. You don’t even get this treat from the 5 stars hotel. I will definitely coming back here Again

We stop here twice a year as we travel between Edmonton, Alberta and Palm Desert, California. It's in a great location just off I-15. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. The rooms clean and spacious. An added bonus is the Utah Chop restaurant directly across the street for dinner.

Older type hotel but we'll kept and clean. Mark at the front desk was very nice and we were pleased with our stay. Top floor not facing the highway is recommended.

I stayed here for the St. George Marathon, and the location was perfect. It’s super close to the shuttle pick-up, so I barely had to drive at all. The place is small but really charming. The rooms were clean, a good size, and had all the essentials like a microwave and mini-fridge. Housekeeping was great, but the front desk staff really stole the show. I can’t quite remember the name of the guy who worked the evening shift—Ken or Kevin, maybe?—but he provided excellent service. I’d definitely stay here again. Even though the breakfast is nothing to write home about, the service is top-notch!

The building is very nice, the room was clean, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. My only issue was the proximity to the freeway. I ended up with a room on the freeway side and I could hear the traffic. It didn't bother me, just be aware that it is there. If you are a lite sleeper, ask for a room on the opposite side! I also enjoyed the proximity to running trails.
